About Us

We are a group of young pharmacists wanting to

  1. Enhance health and medication literacy of the public;
  2. Promote intra-disciplinary and transdisciplinary collaboration for patient care;
  3. Maximise the role of pharmacists in the society through innovation and quality evidence;
  4. Engage young pharmacists in shaping the future of the pharmacy profession

Map Register

"Connect your Pharmacists" project aims to promote the role of community pharmacists in primary care, and to increase public access and confidence to community pharmacy service.

To be accredited on the map, the pharmacy/service point should be under physical supervision of registered pharmacist(s) and provide high quality pharmacy service. We will arrange secret customers on a regular basis to ensure service quality. Interested pharmacies/ service points can register via link.
